List of single family homes under $110,000. Just a few years ago, A single vacant lot was not available in Cape Coral under $100,000 . Now you get a home on that lot for just about the same price. Many of these homes can’t even be reproduced for what they are being purchased at.   A single family home like this was selling for $250,000 plus before.
